Hi, my name is Julie and with my twin sister Noor I am looking for 2 students to join our house! We are both going into our 3rd year at Kings College and study Biochemistry. We are looking for 2 girls who need a place to stay for the upcoming school year! Specifically with whom we can have cute dinners and drink cocktails in the garden:)
There are two bedrooms available, with 1 bathroom between the two of them. The bigger room is £1575, the smaller room is £1435 p/mo. The bedrooms and bathroom are located on a separate floor of the house.
The house has a cozy kitchen, living room, garden, and we can even go onto the roof! The street also has a great pub on the corner.
It is located close to the Elephant and Castle station, only 15 mins from Waterloo, and a 17 minute walk from Kings’ Guys Campus! There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby too
