The flat is located in a safe residential area in SE17 (postcode SE17 1DE), just a 10-minute walk from Elephant & Castle Tube Station, offering excellent transport links into Central London.

You'll be sharing with two young professionals in our mid-to-late twenties, working in architecture and in music, so we're ideally looking for another young professional who is friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. The flat is fully furnished and includes a washer and dryer, as well as one shared bathroom.

The location is fantastic, with Tesco, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Morrisons, gyms, libraries, restaurants, cafés, and plenty of other local amenities all within easy reach.

£700 per month (excluding bills)
Bills are approximately £150 per month
