ooking for someone to replace our flatmate moving out of our lovely place in Elephant and Castle!

The location is hard to beat with cute coffee shops, restaurants, gyms, wine bars, and yoga studios on the doorstep. E&C underground is a safe 10 minute walk away and connects to Bakerloo and Northern lines, and we're just a 30 minute walk from St Paul's, Tower Bridge and Waterloo.

The room has plenty of storage and gets the golden-hour sunlight, plus a double-glazed window with the best view in the flat. A few of the furniture items pictured will be moved out, so there'll be even more floor space.

The flat itself gets so much natural light and air as it has windows on every side. The heating and stove-top are gas with an almost new boiler, and everything else is electric. The bills are about £150/month, slightly more in winter.

NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, and there's no lift.

As for us, we're two twenty-somethings who met on SpareRoom last year and hang out often! Giulia is a software developer with a friendly cat called Bebe, and Ingrid works in AI safety. We love going to the cinema, yoga, and the occasional night out, but generally the flat is quite peaceful and laid back.
