Super Good Value Double room in Elephant

Leaving my flatshare as I'm moving to the Netherlands so looking someone to take up my room!

Would preferably want someone in the same stage of life as my flatmates so between 25 to 35ish.

It's a very spacious and full of sunlight double room on the 2nd floor of a semi detached house. It has 2 big cupboards for storage outside of sight. It comes semi-furnished with a bed/mattress, and I could probably leave the crates and the light.

You would share a bathroom and separate toilet with 2 other flatmates (the third one has her en-suite). There is a separate living room, kitchen and lovely little back garden with a BBQ pit and deck with chairs. The house is accessible via gated mews (so no crazy things happening on your door matt) and the house comes with two parking spots that none of us uses so far if you'd need it.

You'd be sharing with Eli (Czech girl), Eduardo (Spanish guy) and Clement (French guy), all working professional. Everyone has got their own little life going on on their side, so this place would probably suit more someone who's got their own social life in London already, however most importantly everyone's been very respectful of each over, clean, tidy, quiet, pays on time and literally zero drama ever.

Council tax is 47.88/month
Bills (Electricity, water & wifi) ranges from 55ish in summer to 75ish in winter
We have a weekly cleaner for 20pounds
We share general household stuff as well as spices/cooking oils and we just count everything through splitwise/tricount.

You will need to pass affordability checks and have references for the letting agency.

Move in date would be from 25th June onwards.
