Single Room and Bathroom with 2 Flatmates

I'm moving back to my home country and looking for someone to replace me.

You will have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom but not an ensuite. Bathroom is not shared with other flatmates. The building is very nice and a new build which offers a gym with weights and machines, as well as other communal areas where you can spend time outside of the apartment.

Technically, the apartment is unfurnished but we have furnished it ourselves and all is shared in the communal areas. I have a desk and chair which you are able to keep. The only thing you will need to get yourself is a bed and mattress.

The current flatmates are very clean and easy going, working professionals, are expats and enjoy playing mahjong. Looking for someone that will get along well with them.
