Suzanne and Izzie looking for third housemate to move into our lovely flat!
Suzanne and I are two young professionals in our mid-twenties. We have been living together for 2 years and are looking for someone to replace our third housemate who is moving out. It’s a lovely, bright central flat with a separate kitchen and living/dining area.
The room comes with all furniture pictured, including the desk. Rent is £950 per month, and bills are around £100/month on top of rent which covers council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence.
Location-wise, it’s a 4-minute walk to Elephant and Castle tube station, a 9-minute walk to Borough tube station and has great bus connections and Thameslink at Elephant and Castle train station.
You will be living with Izzie (she/her) who works for a charity, and Suzanne (she/her) who works in the civil service. The house is social but not a party flat – we love a trip to the pub or a night out but please no 4am afters!
Accessibility: the flat is up four flights of stairs without a lift.
