Location: SE1 - at the heart of Elephant and Castle. Right next to Bakerloo and Northern line, and many bus stops to take you across London
Rent and utilities
- £1325 pp for rent until March 2027 (and then the contract renews on a rolling basis but idk how much the rent will increase)
- £212 pp for council tax and utilities
About the flat:
The flat is a 2B 1B. The building is a new build with washer/dryer, underfloor heating, and corner view of the e&c intersection + park.
There is 24hr concierge and parking space for residents.
A little bit about me:
I am 27 and work in data consulting. I go in the office Tue/Thursday, and wfh rest of the week.
I usually keep to myself and like the flat clean for peace of mind.
My favourite past time is to frolic around in Soho 👠🚶♀️, so im usually out most weekends. And I travel often, so I am out of the country every other month. 🛫
