Hi! I am looking for someone to join me in a 2-bedroom flat in SE1, as my flatmate is sadly moving away.

Room/flat details:

- The rent is £1050 per month + bills (around 150 pppm)
- Available from September 17th (might have a few days’ flexibility)
- 8 minute walk to Elephant and Castle station (Northern and Bakerloo lines) and Elephant and Castle national rail station
- 20 minute walk to Waterloo and London Bridge
- Less than 5 minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s
- Easy referencing process (proving the right to rent)
- Helpful and respectful landlord

Who you will be living with:
I am Sofia, the current tenant. I am 24, finishing my masters in Business of Film at the University of Westminster and working at Everyman cinema in Borough market. I am tidy and respectful, but I also love having guests over from time to time, so it is very important that I live with someone who doesn’t mind it :) I love cinema, music, reading, traveling and fun nights out!

I am looking for someone around the same age, but I don’t have a preference on gender or occupation of the potential flatmate.
