heyaa, looking to rent out a wonderful bright double bedroom in Elephant & Castle from mid-Aug (though could be somewhat flexible here, tbd) :)

it's a two-bed flat in a redeveloped building off Walworth Road with an open plan kitchen/living room, private patio, huge ceilings and windows to match.

in terms of location it's genuinely ideal, as the flat is within a 10-min walk of Kennington station (zone 1), 15-min walk of Elephant & Castle (zone 1 tube and rail), <1 min walk of a Morrisons, 1 min walk of a Lidl, 5 min walk of Tesco and Sains, <1 min walk to a bus stop servicing approx. 10 routes, 2 min walk of a gymgroup, 10 min walk to Burgess Park, and multiple 20-min buses into central. there's also a bunch of parks and green spaces nearby, which is very nice!

the room itself is mostly furnished, and includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a bedside table.

rent would be £950 + bills (these come out to approx £100-£120 per month, incl. council tax band c).

my housemate and I spent our first London year in this lovely flat, and loved it very much, but she's in luurve and moving in with her boyfriend, which leaves a lease going spare :)

I'm 24 and a consultant (meaning I sometimes work strange hours), and am looking for a chill housemate (ideally a working professional as well) who's happy to cohabit (though I expect both of u will have busy schedules as well).

TLDR: great flat great space great location chill housemate! am hoping to do viewings the weekend of Jul 11, but if that weekend isn't feasible message me and we can schedule around it.
