Subletting Room near Elephant and Castle

Hi I am traveling back to my home country for a while and would like to sublet my room. It is a room inside a 5-room big house in the area of SE17. The nearest tube station is Elephant & Castle, which is about 15-20 mins walking distance. You can also take a bus there or to central london directly right from a bus stop 3 mins walking from the house. The availiablity of the room is from July 27th to September 8th. If you can cover most of this availiablity, I can offer you a discounted rate, normal rate is at £975 pcm all inclusive.

The house itself is clean, spacious, fully furnished. There are 5 rooms in total with three floors, of which two are en-suit rooms. You will hence only need to share two bathrooms with two other people. Kitchen is fully functional, with all of the utensils and pots you may need for cooking. We got a huge garden too, which is super nice especially for August in London, where you can just chill with a coffee/tea or hosting a bbq party with your friend.

There is a huge Tesco superstore nearby (5min) and the picturesque Burgess park is just 2 min walking distance away. Housemate situation is: a French guy, two Spanish girls and a South African woman in their early and late 30s. All quiet and friendly. The house also has weekly cleaning service for the communal area.
