Small double in Elephant & Castle

Hello! We are looking for a third flatmate to move in from August, as our current flatmate is moving abroad. You will be living with two friendly young professionals aged between 28-32, working in tech sales and global mobility research.

The room is a small double in a split-level, three-bedroom flat. It comes furnished with a bed (but no mattress), a desk, built in wardrobe and a mirror. We have a shared living room, a decently sized kitchen and two bathrooms. Bills are roughly £120 a month.

We're the top flat on a quiet residential street, but still really close to loads of cafes, gyms, shops etc. It has great transport links - we are about a 10 minute walk away from Elephant & Castle station, 15 minutes from Kennington and there are plenty of buses towards Central/South/East.
