Price for the Small room is £720 excluding bills (about £120pm, council tax being £65 of that).
We are looking for a working professional age 24- 30. You will be living with me Gua (Icelandic, 26year old) I work in the live event and theatre industry and Yagmur (Turkish, 24year old) working in the animation industry. We have been living here for 3 year and absoloutly loveing it. We both work a lot so the house is mostly empty / quiet but when we can we also like to go out for drinks or have people over.
Its pretty well connected with busses taking you to Elephant and Castle, London Brigde, Waterloo, Southwark station and more in around 10- 20 minutes. Superloop bus stop is only 3 minutes walk away.
