Hey everyone! We're looking for a lovely girl to take over my room and join this amazing home in central London (Elephant and Castle). Bedroom available from September 20th.

About the House:
- 4 Bed 2 bath house so you’ll only be sharing the bathroom with one other girl! - Double room (£987.5 pcm): comes with a double bed, bedside table, cupboard and a built in wardrobe. I am selling the mirror and the desk if you need them! It gets very nice sun in the afternoon
-The living space is spacious with an open kitchen (white goods included, such as huge freezer and fridge and dishwasher) and a sun oof
- The house honestly has everything you need and more: dishwasher, separate washer and dryer, massive kitchen storage, an extra storage in the utility room.

About the location:
- Location is close to loads of amenities: Tesco superstore 9 minutes walk, lidl 3 min walk, Asda and Morrisons short bus ride, loads of gyms in walking distance, and Burgess park is a short walk.
- Plenty of transport links with loads of buses, Bakerloo, Northern Line, Thameslink and SouthEastern are a short bus ride away or 20 Min walk!
- The house is on a quiet residential street and there is hardly any noise.

We're after someone who is:
- Tidy, respectful, and easy-going - this is a beautiful house and they’d love to have someone join who will love it as much as they do.
- You have to be a graduate/working professional!
