Looking for flatmate immediately

Hello!

We are looking for a flatmate immediately. We have paid a holding deposit for a three bed house.

Move in date is August 6th 2026

Address is 207 Walworth Rd. The house is a ten minute walk from Elephant and Castle station.

Total rent is £2750, which is around £900 each but there's one room significantly larger (which my flatmate is willing to take) so he would pay more, and the other two rooms would be slightly less.

I am 24 and work in Real estate. Kas is 21 and studies television production at UAL, working hospitality part time. We’re both very clean, tidy and respectful. Happy to have a glass of wine and be social and happy to keep to ourselves.

The photos and videos were taken at the viewing. We will keep the house much cleaner and tidier than is displayed but these will give you an idea.
