Double Room in Elephant & Castle

Hi! I'm looking for a lovely new flatmate to take over my current flatmate's share of the tenancy.

You'll have a spacious double bedroom and your own private full bathroom (not in the room). The flat has a shared kitchen and living room, which are bright, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after work.

A little about me: I'm a 31-year-old Mexican professional working in product management. I mostly work from home during the week, although I'm usually out in the evenings at the gym, dance classes, or catching up with friends. I'm clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and enjoy having a home that feels calm, friendly, and welcoming.

About the house: We occupy the top two floors of a house. It's a quiet, pet-free home, and we have a no-shoes-inside policy to keep it clean. We take turns cleaning the shared spaces once a week, although I'd also be happy to hire a cleaner and split the cost if that's something you'd prefer.
