A spacious double room is available in a shared flat in Elephant and Castle. You would share the kitchen and bathroom with two friendly and clean flatmates.

The flat is approximately:

10 minutes’ walk from Elephant and Castle station
12 minutes’ walk from Kennington station
15 minutes’ walk from Burgess Park

The monthly rent is £844, including approximately £136 for bills and council tax.

We are looking for a clean, professional female flatmate. There is currently one male and one female living in the flat, and our female flatmate would feel more comfortable sharing with another woman rather than living with two men.
