Looking to fill a spacious double room in Elephant & Castle from August.
Peter (29), Annie (26) and I (Tamara, 29) are working professionals living in a spacious terraced house in Elephant & Castle, a short walk to the Northern and Bakerloo lines. The house consists of a living room, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (a girls bathroom and a boys bathroom), 4 double bedrooms and a garden. Rent is £860, plus £150 per month for bills.
We are ideally looking for a guy in their late 20s who is clean, respectful and wants to live in a social but chill house. Although we have our separate lives in London, we also like to chill and spend time together.
