Double room to let in Elephant and Castle

Hi there! I'm moving out of my lovely shared house soon and we're looking for a new housemate!

It's 5 of us who live here currently, in a big space which is really unique. Some benefits include a large garden, kitchen, living room and three floors in total: 3 bedrooms on the top, and 2 on the middle floor. You would be renting one of the bedrooms on the middle floor.

There is also a whole study room too!

It's really well located - with a 15 minute walk to Elephant and Castle station, as well as proximity to Burgess Park (10 mins) and not far from Camberwell, Peckham etc.
Two of us are moving for September, but you'd be living with great housemates who are super chill and respectful - and treat our house like a home where we all get on well with each other. Sometimes we'll watch a movie together, cook - talk about how our days went - it's a communal vibe with also space for everyone to chill and do their own thing!

We also have a large garden with a greenhouse and plenty of space for growing veggies.
Age range to fit with the house would be 25-37.
The rent is great at £870 all in. This might go up a bit for September, perhaps by £50 - we can see what the landlord decides but regardless rare price for what it is.
