Spacious room in Elephant & Castle

The biggest room in our household is up for rent! Our lovely flatmate is moving out in mid-August and us two are looking for a new person to join our warm household.

The room is very spacious and furnished with a bed (with big drawers underneath), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and two book shelves. It is facing the street, but this is very quiet as it's closed on one end with a really nice square.

We share a kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The house is very well located, with a local Coop and local Sainsbury's a 2-min walk away, and bigger supermarkets 8-min away. Buses are also a 2-min walk away, Thameslink 6-min away and the tube is 8-min.

We are a communal household, we like to share meals and chat when we are in the house at the same time. Basically looking for someone to join our home, rather than just rent a room! We are both working, are friendly and looking for a nice and clean person to come join us.

The cost for renting the room does not include monthly bills, these are: £98.5 for council tax, £35 for heating, £20 for wi-fi (we need to switch to a cheaper provider), £17 for water.
