My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take their room from the 29th of August.

This is a 2 bed 2 bath flat at the center of Elephant and Castle.
It is 3 minutes away from Elephant and Castle underground station.

The building has several amenities including a gym, pool and parking. There is a lovely koi fish pond and garden at the center of the complex and 24 hours concierge service.

Student and working professionals are preferred by the letting agency.
(Commercial guarantors including Housing Hand are accepted).

Bills are currently through Split the Bill and sit at £137 (subject to change when renewing the tenancy).

Any changes to the deposit will be confirmed before contract signing.

I love being in community so I would also prefer someone who is friendly and respectful of the flat and our neighbours.
