Ensuite Double Room Available in Elephant Park

We're looking for a new housemate to join our home, not just rent a room...

The room is a spacious double with its own ensuite in a modern two-bedroom apartment overlooking Elephant Park. The room has a built in Wardrobe, but otherwise is unfurnished.

The flat has an open plan kitchen/living area, a balcony, and is less than a 5 minute walk from Elephant & Castle station.

Secure parcel room

We're fairly flexible on the move-in date, so just let us know what works for you.

A bit about us...

We're Charlie and Jamie, a married couple in our 30s, both working full time. Charlie works Monday to Friday, while Jamie's shifts include some evenings and Saturdays. We both enjoy keeping active (the gym features heavily in our lives!), but we're equally happy spending an evening at home watching TV, cooking dinner or just relaxing.

Sharing the flat with us is Hank, our nearly 7-year-old French Bulldog. He's full of personality and once he's decided you're one of his people, you'll get plenty of cuddles and daily entertainment. (Don't worry, we're not looking for a dog sitter, we've got him covered!)

Who we're looking for

We're hoping to find another LGBT guy who wants to be part of the home, rather than just renting a room.

Ideally, you're someone who's happy to have a chat after work, share the occasional meal, grab a drink at the pub or binge a Netflix series every now and then. Of course, everyone needs their own space too, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a good balance between socialising and doing their own thing.

The biggest thing for us is finding someone we genuinely click with. We'd much rather live with someone who becomes a friend than feel like we're just three people sharing an address and passing each other in the hallway.
