I have a double room available from the beginning of September on a mon-fri basis for a professional (or possibly postgraduate student) in my 7th floor flat in SE17.

It’s only 10 minutes walk (or 6 if you’re really in a rush!) to Elephant & Castle tube/overland, or Kennington tube. Bus stop is 2 mins around the corner on the Walworth Road and easy access to supermarkets, restaurants etc of Elephant & Castle.

The building is a secure and modern, with a concierge service and bike store. You'll have use of your own bathroom and access to the kitchen/living room. Flat has superfast broadband. Bills included.

I’m a 52 year old professional woman - currently in between roles, but will be teaching swimming from September so my hours may be slightly erratic. Not looking for a housemate, but happy to share a cup of tea and a chat if we’re around at the same time.
