Double in Elephant & Castle

We have a double available in our central 3-bed flat in Elephant and Castle. Rent is £650 and bills are around £100 a month and up to £150 in the winter months. The room comes with a double mattress but unfurnished otherwise.

The flat is located around 5mins from E&C station (Bakerloo and Northern line, National Rail), but tucked away from the main roads at Newington Gardens. The living room faces a courtyard and is bright and quiet. There’s also a (very) small outdoor space/balcony which can be accessed from the living room window.

Other than E&C station, it’s about a 10-15min walk to London Bridge and Blackfriars. Lots of busses going through E&C so great connections to pretty much anywhere!

Ideally we’re looking for a professional in their mid to late twenties (sorry no students due to council tax, unless you’re happy to chip in anyways). 
The current household is two girls in their mid/late twenties, one working in theatre and one a postgrad architecture student LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly!

Flexible move-in between mid August and 1st September, we’re looking to have viewings starting W/C 10th August. No short-term lets.
