We have 2 double rooms coming available around the end of August in a really nice 5 bed 2 bath flatshare located just north of Burgess Park with well connected bus routes nearby.

We are currently 5 flatmates, 2 female students, 3 male students/professionals, 20-25, and with 2 of us leaving we're now looking for 2 new people (students preferred) who are hoping to join a friendly and clean house where we can be part of a homely atmosphere.
We enjoy art, films, reading, cooking, socialising, music and going to gigs, travelling, hosting and having nice nights in and are looking for similar people!

Rent is £800/month, bills and shared household costs aren't included and add up to around £90 a month per person.

You must pass the referencing process providing proof of either sufficient income or a UK homeowner as a guarantor. And in a very timely manner as the rooms are needing to be confirmed by mid August!
