Spacious Room to Rent in Student House

I’m looking for someone to rent my room from 10th August to 3rd September, as I’ll be moving into a new house!

You’ll be sharing with 4 other female flatmates, who are all art students. Since it’s summer we’ll all be in and out and may not be around at all times. We’re a friendly, respectful, and tidy household that enjoys cooking together, watching films, and going to the pub. It’s a lovely home and group of girls, so we’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and friendly!

The room is based on the first floor and is very spacious. We have a shared kitchen/living space, garden, and 2 bathrooms.

We're also based in Elephant & Castle, which has loads of great food spots, cafés, and other fun activities to do. The transport links are really good too, with the Underground making it easy to get into Central London very quickly!

Bills are all included, and rent can be paid weekly or upfront depending on what you prefer!
