Housemate needed!

Hi everyone!

My lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of the month for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room!

It’s a really nice ground‑floor flat at the end of a quiet avenue in E&C. The whole place has been recently renovated and feels very warm and homely.

The flat is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with a large open‑plan kitchen/dining area that leads out onto a small patio – perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

Bills are not included in the rent.

See pics - large double bed (storage underneath), 2 x bedside tables/drawers + large chest of drawers.

About me:

I’m an A&E doctor working in Paddington, so my hours can be a bit unusual (nights, lates, etc.).

When I’m not sleeping or working, I enjoy socialising, going to the gym, cooking and eating out. I’m easy‑going, clean, tidy and considerate – and I’m looking for someone similar to share the flat with.
