Come live with us in our 3-bed home in Walworth

We are Kaya and Mia, two friends looking for a new flatmate to move into our lovely maisonette in SE17 from the end of August!

About the flat
Our home is a cosy 3-bed flat spread across two floors. We have a spacious living room, separate kitchen (including a dishwasher) and one bathroom.

£892 pcm + bills

We keep the space clean and tidy and are always striving to personalise it with art, plants, books and more to make sure it’s a welcoming space that keeps us happy and inspired.

About the room
The room is on the top floor. It is garden-facing and has a double-bed, tall in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

About the area
The flat is on a quiet residential street just off Walworth Road, a 10 minute walk to Elephant and Castle tube and 15 minutes to Kennington station (Northern & Bakerloo lines). It’s also a great area for cycling with Peckham, Waterloo and Bank all less than 15 minutes by bike.

About us
We are both 26 - we work quite long hours and are in the office on more days than not, so especially during the week we like to have wholesome downtime in the evening. We love exploring the area together, going to local parks (Burgess and Kennington), cooking, watching tv and going out to eat.

About you
Ideally we are looking for a new friend to live with us long-term, but in case we don’t find someone in time, short term subletting could be an option.

We would love for someone who would be up for socialising, making the space their own, and contributing to the good flat vibes!
