I’m looking for someone to share this 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Two Fifty One, with the flat already found and the lease to be shared.
The building is a new build with some great amenities, including a concierge, gym, co-working spaces, cinema room, lounge and more. I’ve actually lived in this building before and can vouch that it’s really nice, with great transport links into Central London.
The en-suite room would be around £1,800/month + bills, with bills typically coming to around £150/month. Looking for someone to move in around end of September.
A little about me — I’ve been in London for almost 4 years and work as a Product Engineer, usually heading into the office around 3 days a week. Outside of work, I’m into football, basketball, music and gaming, and generally like keeping things chill and relaxed at home.
