Large room in cozy shared house

Hey! I’m moving out of my lovely shared house soon and we’re looking for a new housemate.

There’s five of us in the house, which is a unique and historic building. Perks include a large garden, living room, kitchen, and a study / office room. There are three floors total: 3 bedrooms on the top floor, 2 bedrooms and the study on the second floor. You’d be renting one of the rooms on the top floor.

The closest station is elephant and castle (15min walk) which has the northern, bakerloo, and national rail services. Burgess park is a 10min walk away, and the closest shop is Lidl (3min)

Two of us are moving in October but you’d be sharing the house with lovely people who are kind and respectful. We all treat our house as a home and will get together to watch movies, have a chat about our day, or do some gardening. It’s a communal vibe with space for people to do their own thing

The rent is currently £940 including bills but expect this to increase slightly (£50 or so), which we’ll know for certain at the beginning of September.
