The room

The available room is the non-ensuite bedroom, with its own bathroom directly across the hall. The apartment is fully furnished.

Rent would be £1,500/month (Total Apartment rent: £3150) + ~£150/month for bills & council tax, with the total coming to approximately £1,650/month.

A bit about me

I'm 25 and work in tech. I moved to London from NYC last year and work from the office 5 days a week, so during the weekdays I'm generally out of the flat during working hours.

Outside of work, I'm pretty social and love sports, music, going out, and meeting new people. I play competitive basketball, enjoy watching pretty much any sport, and am always up for grabbing a drink, going for food or exploring London.

I'm looking for someone who is social, clean and considerate. Ideally, you're someone who enjoys going out, having friends over and making the most of London, but also appreciates that weekdays are generally for work and keeps the flat clean and respectful.

I'm not looking for someone who just wants a place to sleep — it'd be great to have a flatmate who's up for being friends and occasionally doing things together, while obviously having our own lives and space as well.
