A bright, fully furnished double bedroom is available in a modern apartment within Elephant Park.

You’ll have access to a shared open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom, and a private balcony.

High-speed Wi-Fi and all household bills are fully included in the monthly rent.

The Living Arrangement:

’m looking for a clean, friendly, and respectful professional male who needs a reliable weekday base in London.

You will be sharing the apartment with myself, a single gay professional who works from home 1–2 days a week.

I’m easygoing, active, and a non-smoker with no pets.

Outside of work, I love going to the theatre, movies spending time outdoors, keeping social, and working out.

Terms & Details:

• Rent: £1,000 per calendar month (All bills included: Wi-Fi, council tax, energy, water).
• Available: 1st of October.
• Rental: Monday to Friday. (flexible with a day either side).
• Weekend Flexibility: Happy to discuss occasional weekend stays (e. g., one weekend a month) if you need to remain in London.
• Deposit: £500.
• Location: Central London (Elephant Park), just a 6-minute walk to Elephant & Castle tube/train links.
• House Rules: Non-smoking, no pets.
