The house has three stories in total. The other rooms may be occupied by a combination of short-term guests and the landlord, so the people sharing the house may change during your stay.

Rent and flexibility:

The rent is £300 per week, including all household bills—electricity, heating, water, council tax and high-speed broadband.

Rent is paid weekly, and you only need to give one week’s notice before moving out, giving you flexibility when your plans change. No deposit is required.
