Great room in Elephant & Castle, amazing location!

Beautiful room available for a girl (students and professionals welcome) in a two bedroom flat in Zone 1 with big windows, high ceilings, and exposed brick. The home is fully furnished, including the bedroom which has a wooden dresser, armoire, side table, as well as a double bed with a new mattress. The common areas (kitchen, living room, and bathroom) are fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. You can definitely add your own decor, art, books etc. to the space.

Location: 7 minutes walk to Elephant and Castle, 1 min walk to bus stops.

Roommate: you would be sharing the common areas with a really friendly and clean girl in her early 30s who works in interiors (as well as two very cute cats). She works from home twice a week, and is otherwise at the office, going to yoga, dancing, cooking, or watching movies.

Who would love it here: this apartment would suit a city girl - you'll be really close to coffee shops (Gail's and Blank Street both a 5 min walk away), restaurants, and multiple grocery stores (5 min walk away). Mercato Metropolitano is a 10ish minute walk and Borough market is a 25ish minute walk. Bikes are rentable all over, and there are dedicated biking lanes on Browning Street itself. The location is amazing for somebody who works or studies in central London. My roommate would like somebody who is independent but friendly, and who is looking for a happy, safe and stable home (not a party flat).
