Furnished double room with private bathroom in a 2-bed flat at Metro Central Heights, Elephant & Castle, SE1. Move-in between late October and 18 November 2026.

I'm looking for a replacement flatmate to take over the outgoing tenant's place on the existing tenancy. Timing matters: I'm renewing the contract and need the new tenant's details declared, so I'm looking to confirm someone by early October. Move-in would be late October, and no later than 18 November.

The Room:
• Furnished double bedroom with its own bathroom (just outside the room, not shared)
• £1,200 pcm (the flat's total rent is £2,400, split equally between two flatmates)
• Deposit £1,168, paid to the outgoing flatmate
• Bills approx. £150-200 pcm per person, covering council tax, electricity and WiFi (the exact amount varies with electricity usage)

The flat:
• Fully furnished, with a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen
• Two bedrooms plus a smaller guest room for visitors
• Balcony running the full length of the flat
• Washing machine in the flat, plus a building laundry room
• 24/7 concierge

The building:
• Gym, pool, steam room and sauna
• Communal patio and garden area

About me:
I've lived here since November 2021. I work in finance, am in the office five days a week and only occasionally work from home. I'm easy-going and friendly, but I like a tidy, clean flat, so I'd like someone with a similar vibe.

Who I'm looking for:
A single professional, no pets. I can do a video call viewing first, and an in-person viewing if there's interest.
