Move in date: Available from 11th October.
Rent: £931 pcm plus bills (usually around £115 pcm incl. council tax - we are band C).

About the flat:
- Split-level maisonette on the top two floors of a house (up one flight of stairs)
- Your room is on the first floor, it gets lots of light, and all the furniture apart from desk can stay (double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, ladder shelf, large in-built wardrobes)
- Two shared bathrooms
- Large living/dining room and separate kitchen with breakfast bar
- Space at the front of the house to chain a bike
- Zone 1 location, 10 mins walk to Elephant and Castle or Kennington tube stations, two mins walk to Walworth Road for lots of bus routes, and loads of pubs, cafes, parks and supermarkets close by.

About us:
- Amy and Lottie, both 29. Amy works at a policy research institute and Lottie works for the NHS. We do a mixture of home and office working and there's space in the living room and all the bedrooms to allow that. Amy has lived here since 2024 and Lottie since early 2026. You'll be replacing Hannah, who has loved it here and is only moving out as she's leaving London.
- We've done lots to make this flat feel like home and are looking for someone that will treat it the same. We're sociable and enjoy putting the world to rights over a cup of tea or glass of wine, trying out and sharing new recipes and bakes in the kitchen, filling the living room with crafty things, and growing far too many plants in the house and in our teeny front terrace. We also love a trip to one of our many amazing local cafes and bars - shout out to Rocket Van, Saint Louie and Diogenes the Dog! We all also live our own separate lives and give each other space when we need it (we'll also often be found lying on the sofa with a book when we've had a long week!).

About you:
- In your mid-twenties to early thirties
- Keen on making it a cosy home environment and not just a place to sleep
- Tidy and willing to do your fair share of cleaning and keeping the place feeling nice
- Ideally would want to stay for the longer term, as we're not looking to leave anytime soon
- Bonus points if you have any favourite recipes to add to our repertoire, or green fingers to help us keep some plants alive!

We're pretty flexible with viewings, but imagine they'll take place on weekday evenings w/c 28th September or w/c 5th October.
