Cozy room in Elephant & Castle

My room is up for rent! I'll be moving out in November and we're looking for a new person to join our warm household.

The room is furnished with a bed (with big drawers underneath), a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and two book shelves. It is facing the garden, so it's very quiet.

We share a kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The house is very well located, with a local Coop and local Sainsbury's a 2-min walk away, and bigger supermarkets 8-min away. Buses are also a 2-min walk away, Thameslink 6-min away and the tube is 8-min.

We are a communal household, we like to share meals and chat when we are in the house at the same time. Basically looking for someone to join our home, rather than just rent a room! The two flatmates are both working, are friendly and looking for a nice and clean person to come join them.

The cost for renting the room does not include monthly bills, these are: £98.5 for council tax (unless you are a student), £35 for heating, £20 for wi-fi (we need to switch to a cheaper provider), £17 for water.
