Hi! I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s room in our lovely 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Tantallon House, Elephant Central.

The flat is in a modern Get Living development, just a few minutes’ walk from Elephant & Castle station. It’s very well connected to London Bridge, Waterloo, the City and Central London.

I’m a female working professional and will be staying in the other bedroom. I’m clean, respectful and easy-going, and I’m looking for another female flatmate with a similar lifestyle.

I’m happy to live independently and give each other our own space, but it would also be lovely to have a friendly and comfortable home environment.

Tenancy
This is an official replacement of the current resident rather than an informal sublet. The new resident will go through Get Living and will be added through their formal tenancy process, subject to the usual checks/referencing.
