Cosy Double Room in Central Elephant & Castle

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my room from the end of October, but I am also a bit flexible. I am leaving because I just finished my Masters at LSE and am heading home, so this is a genuine handover to the right person.

A little about the place. It is a house style flat with 3 bedrooms, shared between 3 people. On the ground floor you have a shared kitchen, a really lovely living room and a private backyard which is honestly a great bonus. Upstairs there is a separate bathroom and WC which are shared between the whole house. Really clean setup.

The room itself is on the smaller side which is also reflected in the price.

The location is the biggest sell honestly. Elephant and Castle is incredibly central and vibrant, super well connected with the Bakerloo and Northern lines plus practically every bus route. You can walk to South Bank, the London Eye, Waterloo, Borough Market. During summer especially it is such a bonus to not have to deal with the heat on the tube.

Bills are not included, and council tax is split equally, even if you are a student. It is a extra cost but genuinely worth it for the location and price.

The household is really chill and relaxed. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces and will get on well with the existing flatmates.
