Ideally in full-time employment and previous experience sharing. The flat is spacious and centrally located, about 5 mins walk from Kennington and 10 minutes from E&C station, with lots of shops and amenities close by!
Rent is £1200 pcm, bills are £120-180 pcm (summer/winter), water is included in rent.
Holding deposit is required to secure the spot (£530) which goes towards your 1st month rent plus 5 weeks deposit (£1325) which is DPS protected. All management is via an Estate Agency rather than private landlord.
About myself: I am a 30 yr old female professional working full time in the NHS and enjoy a clean and relaxed home environment. I’m usually out and about on the weekends but enjoy chill evenings on the sofa too.
