Hey! Looking for someone to rent my room for a few months (flexible on length of sublet but ideally at least 3 months!), available from October 16th. I live with 2 Irish girlies, one completing her masters and working alongside it (24) and one working in the charity sector (28). Looking for someone friendly, easy going and tidy to join the flat!
Rent is £835 and another £100ish for bills!
We are 10ish min walk from both Kennington tube and Elephant & Castle tube as well as loads of bus routes!
Plenty of cute cafes/bars/restaurants close by and 10min walk to Burgess park.
