Looking for a new flatmate to join me in my lovely home in Elephant Park, as my current flatmate is moving out!

The flat has a spacious living and dining area that’s perfect for relaxing, having friends over or enjoying a cosy night in. It’s a home with lots of personality, and I’m looking for someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

The location is amazing: Gymbox is right downstairs, and you’re surrounded by the buzz of Elephant Park, with cafés, restaurants, shops and green space on your doorstep. Elephant & Castle station is also really close, making it easy to get around London with Bakerloo and Northern lines in Zone 1.

A little about me: I’m Raouf, a friendly, sociable professional working in marketing and luxury fashion. I love fashion, travel, trying new places and a good night out, but I also enjoy a chilled evening at home. I’d love to find someone who’s clean, considerate and up for a friendly home where we can have a chat and get along, while also respecting each other’s space.

There’s also a small chihuahua in the home, so being comfortable around dogs is a must! She is lovely and always wants a cuddle 🐾

Just so you know, there are building works taking place, and the balcony is currently unavailable for a short period of time while they change the cladding floors.
