Double Bed / Room for rent near Elephant and Castle, on the Walworth Road.

Four working professionals looking for a 5th person! We’re a fun bunch and hope whoever joins us here here will love this house as much as we do :)

Please be tidy, clean, and respectful. We all eat meat so if you’re a vegetarian you’ll have to be cool with that.

We’re contracted here till July 2027 but don’t have any plans to leave yet.

Room available because our friend/housemate is moving in with his partner. Yay for them.

8mins walk from E+C station, 10 mins from Kennington.

Separate kitchen and living room, and the flat is spread over 3 floors so we never feel cramped/crowded.

This room shares 1 large bathroom with 2 other people. The other bathroom is split between 2 people and they pay a higher rent.

The room is furnished by the landlord with bed, wardrobe and shelf. The chair and desk can be included by us if helpful.
