Hi! I’m looking for a nice, easy-going flatmate to share my place in Elephant & Castle.
A bit about me: I work in finance, so my hours are long and I’m out a lot during the week. When I’m home, I like a relaxed, clean, comfortable flat. I’m sociable and like to think I’m good fun. I’m always up for a drink or cooking and eating together now and then, but I also respect everyone’s own space and quiet time.
Who I’m looking for:
Tidy and clean, someone who washes up and looks after shared spaces

Up for the occasional drink or dinner together, without it being a must
The flat: is furnished, and bills are not included. The rent is 1325 Pounds, available from 01.12 or mid of December. Elephant & Castle has great Tube and bus links (Northern and Bakerloo lines), so getting into the City, West End and South Bank is easy.
