The flat is close to Elephant&Castle station ( Bakerloo line and Northern Line )
Very good and quick connection by bus to Central London as well.
Many restaurants, the gym open 24h , shops , banks , street market, etc ...
The room has got double bed, wardrobe, desk ,cupboard.
In the flat is 2 fridges, washing machine , dryer machine , cooker ,microwave , very fast broadband ( virgin ) and terrace with small garden.
Reference from your work or previous landlord are welcome.
Ps. We do the cleaning rota :-)
The room is available from 01.06.19 £650 per month +£200 deposit.
