There's a mezzanine with a mini bar and roof terrace. Smoking is permitted on the roof terrace.
Wifi is virgin media. A TV is provided plus towels & bed linen, but the tenant is responsible for washing.
It's on the third floor, no elevator but wide airy stairway.
Cats permitted but not dogs.
One bathroom across the hallway would be for use of the tenant, though reverting to myself as well if required at the weekends. The bathroom is large & the bedroom has storage and wardrobe space.
Great transport links, buses to Elephant&Castle frequent and plenty of them. Tesco 4 mins away from the flat.
