I am renting out a lovely double bedroom in my luxury 2-bed apartment in the prestigious 'One The Elephant' development for Mon-Fri.

My 2nd floor apartment in the Pavilion is modern and spacious. There is big living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and balcony (the whole apartment has disabled access).

Finished to a high standard, the apartment features engineered timber flooring, underfloor heating in living room and bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances, brand new sound system and cinema projector.

The bedroom is double aspect with 2 double floor to ceiling windows, fully furnished with wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and 2 bedside units and a double sized bed.

The apartment has a 24hr concierge and there are gardens and a roof terrace and lovely communal rooms with cinema screens spaces for parties / social occasions. There is an allocated internal bicycle space and there is also a brand new gym and swimming pool next door to my building (not included in price).

The tube station (northern line and bakerloo) is literally opposite my apartment (10 mins to Oxford Circus and 6 minutes to Bank/The City) and there are lots and lots of buses which go everywhere and a brand new park!

Bills are included apart from the cleaner who comes every week.

A bit about me: I am a documentary filmmaker and enjoy tennis, cinema and yoga. I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and I am looking to meet a friendly, respectful flatmate. This is definitely not a party flat.
