Living room

Hello :)

We have a room available in our light and airy 3 bed house, 5 mins walk away from Elephant and Castle tube, 2 mins off Walworth road.

The room looks out of the back of the house and is very quiet. It's quite small but has all you need with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small double bed. We also have a large living room which we share with plenty of space for extra storage, and a fairly large kitchen.

We both work full time. Our jobs feed into our personal lives and we hope to meet housemates that are creative and chilled with similar interests. We both enjoy making the house look pretty and homely so are looking for someone who's clean and tidy, but also sociable and laid back, whilst being respectful of the living environment and each other’s privacy/space.

We are currently looking after a gorgeous little cat called Erno who loves cuddles but keeps himself to himself if you're not interested!

No students unfortunately because of council tax.

Move in date: 14th October
