The place is just off the Walworth Road, right next to a Morrisons. It’s about a 7 minute Walk to Elephant and Castle Station and around 5 minutes to Kennington Station.

Walworth Road is a main high street going from elephant and castle all the way to camberwell and has most of the shops a major high street would have (Macdonalds, Holland and Barrett, Sports Direct, M&S, JD Sports, KFC, Argos and many more)
We are also just around the corner from a GYM as well (The GYM Group, Walworth Road to be exact)

The room is airy and comes furnished with a bed, Wardrobe, desk and draws.

You will be sharing the house with me and a very friendly couple. There is a shared living space too.

There is no contract. Static bills will be included. Water and electric will not be included. Rent must be paid upfront at the beginning of each month.

Viewings can be arranged for any time feel free to contact if you have any questions.

Best viewing times are Wednesdays between 3pm and 9pm, also weekends.
