Furnished bedroom in a lovely, homely house with sunny garden. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s also a stand-alone WC. Large kitchen/diner, living room and broadband. All bills included. Occupied by 3 Scandinavians (but 2 are moving in July (on different dates)) and 2 very friendly cats.. First room available 9 July The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers and office desk & chair. I travel as much as I can - both short and longer trips, and rent is below market value as I rely on my housemates to look after my cats when I’m away…so liking cats and being happy to care for them is essential.
