IMPORTANT DETAILS

• Available for long term stays and short term stays

• No kitchen or washing machine available for guest use

• 24/7 CCTV is in operation at the property for security

• Two forms of identification are required before moving in; references are welcome but not essential

• We prefer female guests, though we will consider male guests as well

• STRICTLY NO VISITORS, NO GUESTS AND NO OVERNIGHT STAYS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME. THIS RULE IS ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIABLE — PLEASE DO NOT ASK OR ATTEMPT TO NEGOTIATE THIS.

• Detailed photographs of the room and guest areas will be taken prior to your move-in date. These images are kept on file as an official record of condition, for the protection of both owner and guest, to avoid any disputes regarding damage or cleanliness at the end of your stay.

We will not tolerate and we do not want any aggressive, rude, loud or messy individuals. If you are unable to follow simple house rules, or if you are not a clean and respectful person, please do not contact us.

You are fully responsible for keeping your room and shower facilities clean and tidy at all times; we take hygiene and cleanliness very seriously to maintain the excellent standard of the home. Any damage caused to the property or its contents will result in a charge for repair or replacement. Any bad behaviour, rudeness or breaking of rules will lead to immediate notice to leave.
